Frydaze AS and its affiliates (e.g. Frydaze.com) provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Frydaze.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Warranty of image ownership
You expressly acknowledge and agree that image submitted to Frydaze.com is either owned by you or rightfully licensed to you for use and that such image submission follows the terms and conditions of use of Frydace.com. Any misuse – whether directly or indirectly – as defined by infringement on rightful owner’s trademarks or copyrights shall be sole responsibility of you and your use of any images that violate any intellectual property laws shall be at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you and you agree to hold Frydaze.com and Frydaze AS harmless from any claims that might arise from such misuse of the image you are about to submit and you agree to indemnify us from legal or financial liability resulting from such use.
